SMAW NC II Trainees Gain Industry Exposure at Shinrai Metal Works

It was a meaningful and productive morning for our SMAW NC II trainees as they visited Shinrai Metal Works, accompanied by their dedicated and skilled trainer, Sir Don Dondon Pagalan Bibat.

The company tour provided the trainees with valuable exposure to actual welding and fabrication operations, workplace safety practices, and the real working environment of skilled welders and fabricators. This learning experience helped bridge classroom instruction with real-world industry application, giving our trainees a clearer understanding of the standards, discipline, and skills required in the field.
