We are pleased to share that the CTI Mobile Training Program for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII is now compliant following the successful ocular inspection conducted by the TESDA Focal Person and technical experts.

This milestone reflects CTI’s continued commitment to delivering quality, accessible, and community-based skills training. Through the Mobile Training Program, we aim to bring technical-vocational education closer to learners and communities who need it most.
